How are you different from other factory direct or sourcing websites online?
There are numerous so-called factory direct websites online that often will market outdated, overstock or closeout items as new. Certainly, you will get a great low price, but you may compromise quality in return for the low price. We ONLY market brand new first quality items. We do not wish to compromise quality by selling cheap items that may break down in the months to come.
Couldn't I buy directly from overseas?
First of all, it would not be productive nor possible to find all the vast products that we source daily. Secondly, importing products from overseas is complex and high risk. Finally, if you do find a merchant or wholesaler overseas via online, the return policy or support is nonexistent. The international shipping rate and duties sometimes is far more than the actual cost of goods.
Are your products safe to use or have any certifications such as UL, CE or etl?
Yes, Krusade Marketing places safety as a high priortiy in sourcing products, and attempts to thoroughly investigate and research each item. Most of our products are proven winners and have been market tested abroad. Most of our products have already gone through stringent quality assurance processes overseas in addition to domestic certifications such as UL.
Are you an authorized manufacturer agent for the products that you market?
Yes, we are authorized to promote and market the products that we carry within our inventory in addition to our network of importers, manufacturers and laboratories. Therefore, we have the authoritiy to provide guarantees and warranties unlike other unauthorized companies online selling similar products.
Do you market direct import products from overseas?
Yes, we market factory direct health & beauty products from overseas and products made from domestic factories.
Do these factory direct or direct import items come with warranties?
Yes, depending on the specific item, the products carry limited or replacement warranties. Unlike many merchants online, some of our manufacturers or importers will actually provide you with a brand new unit within the warranty period if the product is found to be defective.
Are there any minimum purchase requirements?
No, we do not impose minimums on any of our products. You can purchase as many or as little as you want.
Do you sell bulk or large quantities on any of your product?

I live outside of the U.S., can you ship the products international?
We currently only ship within the continental U.S. and Canada on certain items, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
